Why in the fuck would i want a wife and kids? They cost money and require responsibility and both are cunts
eae407 No.112179[Top]
I haven't really met anyone that wants to live the way i do, male or female. So i can forget finding one that also wants to raise a kid and is also someone id want to raise one with.
For most of history, most men didn't have kids, the 20th century is a blip of history and a complete anomaly that we all base our expectations off, and thats dumm.

Im probably only going home to sell some shit and manage my affairs before heading back out.
Selling my boat could finance another few years of this.

>>112278Hey, which'd you choose for your special day?
A starchy, itchy, stiff, and hot old ratty suit? Or a nice, elegant, loose, and breathable silken dress?
Really, now, the choice seems so obvious.

>>112280There's little cause not to merely wear one's own scales in such a situation. A tailbag is sufficient to carry all the extra supplies you might desire, and the rest can merely be cared in your own claws!
If we went purely by effective miningwear, we'd put on nothing save a hardhat. Hardly a decent avenue for personal expression through fashion!

>>112298I don't think simple scales are hardy enough for the tough jobs of mining out a mountain. It'll take more than a hardhat for that sort of thing. Even Dwarves use PPE!
>Fashion What sort of fashion could a kobold offer?
f7de54 No.112304[Top]
>>112301Depends on what you're mining, I suppose. Though it's certainly far more durable than the typical weak and flimsy fare of mammalian skin.
>What sort of fashion could a kobold offer?Well, like I said, kobolds're going to be inclined to go by very little most the time, in their own traditional cultures.
The main feature you'd see is gems, gold, and similar. As of course, kobolds, like dragons, hold strong avarice towards such items. Alongside a simple hope to attract the eye of their more jewelry-inclined dragons.
Kobolds being particularily utility-focused creatures, any other items are likely going to be functional. Tailbags, pouches, and the ilk. Belts and straps for various equipment, rigging, or securing. All made in a variety of materiel, dependent on what the kobolds have access to.
And of course, mineral access does give them a decent supply of colorful dyes. Though cloth is rare, what they do have may be colored to echo the styles of their respective dragon, or favored gemstones. Leathers in similar style, while likely dedicated to utility, will still often be dyed, though to an admittedly lesser effect.
